Schedule. On the first day, October 18, conference will take palce where we will discuss the most pressing issues of project cargo logistics. After the conference, it will be a dinner to consolidate contacts between the delegates. Second day, October 19, will be devoted to informal communication of delegates. On this day, we will pay a visit to the only enterprise in Kazakhstan and Central Asia that produces sparkling wine using the classic Champenoise technology and the Cuvee method. After that, it will be a unique excursion trip to the Almaty vicinity to the ski resort of Zimbulak. Lunch will be organized in an unusual restaurant – this is an experimental gastronomic project in the Medeu tract. The restaurant’s cuisine offers author’s variations on the theme of Central Asian nomadic tribe’s dishes. This is the first such project in Kazakhstan, claiming international ratings and recognition.
